Most D2C food brands in India operate from a corporate office, source through distributors, and never set foot in a primary agricultural market. Spicewale made...

Spicewale is a natural foods brand from Jodhpur, Rajasthan. We sell whole spices — cumin seeds, fennel seeds, ajwain, garam masala, coriander seeds — along with cold pressed oils, Bilona A2 Ghee, superfood seeds, premium nuts, and dry fruits. Everything is sourced raw, cleaned in-house, and packed fresh at our facility in Mandore Mandi, Jodhpur.
Directly from Jodhpur's Mandore Mandi and Krishi Mandi — one of India's largest agricultural trading hubs. Being inside the mandi gives us direct access to primary market quality for whole spices like jeera, saunf, ajwain, and masala ingredients before they pass through any middleman.
Yes. Every spice — cumin seeds, fennel seeds, ajwain, mustard seeds, carom seeds, and garam masala whole spice blend — goes through our own in-house cleaning process. Stones removed, dust separated, foreign seeds rejected. We clean it ourselves, not someone upstream in the supply chain.
Supermarket spices are commodity grade — no sourcing transparency, no cleaning guarantee. Spicewale sources specific grades — Jeera Star grade for cumin seeds, Premium grade for ajwain and fennel seeds — cleans in-house, and puts a name and address on every pack. The gap between us and a supermarket shelf is not just quality. It is accountability.
Yes. Spicewale carries three cold pressed oils — Kachi Ghani Groundnut Oil, Cold Pressed Virgin Coconut Oil, and Cold Pressed Sesame Til Tel. All three are unrefined, single filtered, extracted without chemical solvents, and packed without additives or preservatives.
Bilona A2 Ghee is made from desi cow milk using the traditional Bilona method — milk cultured into curd, hand-churned into white butter, then slow-heated to clarify. No cream separators, no additives, no preservatives. Spicewale's Bilona A2 Ghee is packed in a glass jar to prevent plastic contamination.
Yes. Spicewale's superfood seeds range includes Double Sorted chia seeds, basil seeds (sabja/tukmaria), flax seeds (alsi), sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, watermelon seeds, and a 5-seed mix blend. All are cleaned in-house, raw, and natural with no additives.
Double Sorted means the seeds have been passed through our cleaning process twice — not once. Two full passes remove dust, broken seeds, stones, and foreign plant matter that a single cleaning pass misses. It is a cleaning standard, not a marketing term.
Yes. Spicewale operates under FSSAI State License No. 12225032000542, valid till June 2027. Our license covers the full product range — spices, oils, ghee, nuts, seeds, and dry fruits — for both retail and wholesale. We also hold GMP Certificate No. UQ-2036111A9 and HACCP Certificate No. UQ-2036111A10 under ISO 22000:2022.
Never. No artificial colour, no preservatives, no flavour enhancers, no blending of cheaper grades into premium ones. Every Spicewale product — whether it is cumin seeds, fennel seeds, ajwain, or garam masala — has one ingredient: the product itself.
We ship across India. Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products within 48 hours of receipt. Contact us with photographs and we arrange a replacement or full refund. If any Spicewale product does not match what we have described — we will make it right.
