Andar se saaf. Clean, right through.
Saaf maal. Seedha aapke ghar. Clean product, sourced by hand at the mandi, cleaned in our own facility, and shipped directly to your kitchen — no distributor in between.
Not just a brand. A sourcing decision.
Most food brands in India are middlemen — they buy finished product from distributors, put a label on it, and sell it to you. The quality they promise is quality someone else already decided. We work differently.
The Usual Way
Buy finished stock from a distributor. Trust the quality on their word. Sell it under your name.
The Spicewale Way
Source raw material ourselves at the mandi. Clean, grade, and pack it with our own hands. Ship it directly to you.
Inside the mandi, not a city office.
Jodhpur is one of India's largest inland spice and agricultural trading hubs — home to the Mandore Mandi and Krishi Mandi, where hundreds of tonnes of whole spices, seeds, and grains change hands every single day. This is where Spicewale operates from.
"Being inside the mandi gives us something most D2C brands don't have — direct access to primary market quality, with no middleman markup. When groundnut quality dips in a batch, we simply don't buy it."
Built by an insider, not an outsider.
Spicewale is built by Koshal Purohit, a Jodhpur-based entrepreneur who grew up around the agricultural trade that defines this city, operating under Kosh International. Koshal didn't enter the food industry as an outsider — he understood exactly how the trade worked, and exactly where it was failing the people buying from it.
The insight was simple: the people closest to India's best raw materials — the mandi traders, the cleaning and grading floors — were invisible to the end consumer. Their quality never carried their name. Spicewale was built to close that gap: to put the sourcing decision and the cleaning decision directly in front of you, with a name and an address attached.
How it works.
Direct Sourcing at the Mandi
We source raw material directly from Mandore Mandi and Krishi Mandi, Jodhpur, examining every lot before purchase. Quality that doesn't meet our standard doesn't enter our facility.
In-House Cleaning and Grading
Every raw material runs through our own cleaning line — stones removed, dust separated, broken pieces rejected. Seeds go through Double Sorting: two full cleaning passes, nothing leaves uncleaned.
Grade-Specific Selection
We don't mix grades. Jeera Star stays Star grade. Cashew W320 is whole premium, never blended with broken pieces. Mamra Badam is the true Kashmiri variety, never substituted. Each product carries the grade it claims.
Fresh Packing, No Additives
Cleaned and graded product is packed fresh — glass jars for spices and ghee, sealed pouches for larger quantities. No preservatives, no artificial anything, labelled honestly.
Direct to Your Door
No distributor, no retailer margin between our facility and your kitchen. You order from Spicewale, it ships from us. Fewer hands between our cleaning line and your home means a better product for you.

Class 30
The honest middle.
India's natural food market has two ends: generic kirana with no sourcing story, and ultra-premium brands with organic certifications and prices to match. Spicewale sits deliberately in between — honest sourcing at a price that doesn't carry someone else's marketing budget.
| Product | Generic Kirana | Ultra-Premium Brands | Spicewale |
|---|---|---|---|
| A2 Bilona Ghee, 500ml | No sourcing story | ₹1,730 | ₹650 |

Built for the health-conscious Indian family that wants genuinely clean food every single day — not just on special occasions.
The product in the pack matches what the label says.
The grade we claim is the grade we sourced. The cleaning we promise is the cleaning we did. Nothing added — not approximately, not mostly. Completely. We're a small business, and we can't afford to lose your trust through a single misleading claim. If you ever receive a product that doesn't meet what we've described, contact us — we'll make it right.
