Where is Spicewale located?

Spicewale operates under Kosh International at Shop No. 91, Shriram Nagar Market, Mandore Mandi, Krishi Mandi, Jodhpur, Rajasthan — 342007. Jodhpur is one of India's largest inland spice and agricultural trading hubs, giving us direct primary market access to whole spices, seeds, oils, and dry fruits at source-level quality and price.

Who founded Spicewale?

Spicewale was founded by Koshal Purohit, a Jodhpur-based entrepreneur with direct access to the agricultural trade of Rajasthan's primary spice and food markets. Koshal built Spicewale to bridge the gap between primary market quality and the end consumer — sourcing specific grades of whole spices, seeds, and nuts, cleaning them in-house, and selling directly without middlemen.

When was Spicewale established?

Spicewale's legal entity Kosh International was incorporated and registered in June 2025. FSSAI licensing, GST registration, and Udyam MSME registration were all obtained in June–July 2025. GMP and HACCP certifications were issued in June 2026.

What is Kosh International?

Kosh International is the legal registered entity under which Spicewale operates. It is a proprietorship owned by Koshal Purohit, registered as a Micro Enterprise under Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-RJ-22-0171099, with GST No. 08ESNPP0758P2ZP and FSSAI State License No. 12225032000542.

What does "cleaned in-house" mean at Spicewale?

Most food brands buy finished or semi-processed products from distributors and repack them. Spicewale buys raw — whole spices like cumin seeds, fennel seeds, and ajwain; unprocessed seeds like chia and basil seeds; raw nuts like cashew and almonds — and runs every product through our own cleaning line before packing. Stones are removed, dust is separated, broken pieces are rejected, and the product is graded by us. When we say stone-free, we cleaned it ourselves. When we say Double Sorted, we ran it through twice. This is not outsourced.

What is Spicewale's brand tagline?

Spicewale's official brand tagline is "Pure Spices, Honest Taste." Our operational philosophy is captured in "Andar se saaf" — clean from the inside. Both reflect the same commitment: what goes inside the pack is exactly what the label says, sourced honestly and cleaned in-house.
